It’s easy to feel separate. After all, I appear to have a separate body, distinct from every other person on the planet. But! The Energy that makes me is in everything. And the more I tap into this Energy, the more I see that I am intimately and intricately connected to everyone and everything. So when my mind is insisting that I’m all alone, I can tap into the One within. It knows the truth.
