The way I talk to myself has a huge impact on my life. Today I honor this fact. Today I notice my internal self-talk. If it veers in a negative direction, I dial it back. I remember to treat myself with kindness and gentleness. As I do so, I can relax. I can breathe. I can see that I’m doing the best that I can. Guided by self-talk that is kind and encouraging, my best gets better all the time.
