The world is truly what I make it. If I see it as dark and foreboding, that’s what it becomes. If I see it as alive, generous, and safe, that’s what it becomes. Today I examine my mind and heart. Are there any outmoded ideas about the world I can release? Are there any positive, open-hearted ones I can embrace? As I see the world with love, I uplift others, reminding them to do the same.
