My mind is like a three-ring circus. My thoughts dance and play like spinning acrobats and impish monkeys. Luckily, I am the ringmaster of my inner circus. When the monkeys and acrobats feel out of control, I can take a breath. I can come back to center. I can steady my mind with affirmations and meditation. Then, when the monkeys and acrobats spin and play, I can watch and contain them with love.
