Meditation can be challenging. There’s so much noise out there. And there’s so much noise in my head! Sometimes it feels like the heavily-caffeinated elephants are inside me, tromping and blasting, disrupting my chill and calm. Today I am grateful for the peace around me. Today I notice this peace and I take it within. I still the elephants inside. I appre­ciate the moments of peace in my mind.
