When I am embarrassed, I feel exposed. Some part of me has been uncovered, and it feels uncomfortable. This is a wonÂderful opportunity. The part that has been exposed is a part of me. And since it is a part of me, it deserves love. After all, Spirit made me, and everything Spirit makes is wonderful. When I realize this, I see that being embarrassed is a way for me to know exactly what part of me to love!
