When I remember how powerful my words are, I’m more conscious about what I say. Today I watch my words. I make a conscious choice to use positive and empowering language, both about myself and others. When I catch myself straying into negativity, I stop and start over. One awesome thing about language is that it doesn’t cost anything to speak positively. And the rewards are infinite!
