Judgment is no fun. Not for me, and not for the people I judge. When I judge, I am telling fractured and contracted stories about other people – and myself. On the other hand, when I let Spirit’s love into my heart and mind, I view others and myself with kindness. With forgiveness. With gratitude. Today I cultivate this view. Today I let the monsters go!
