My mind is crammed with thoughts. Some of these thoughts are in alignment with Spirit. Some are not! With the practice of meditation, I wake up to the overcrowded situation in my head. I can sort through my thoughts. Which ones do I want to keep? Which ones do I want to release? It’s such a relief to realize that I don’t have to believe everything in my head. Meditation heals my mind – and my life.
