There’s nothing quite so wonderful as a good night’s sleep. There’s also nothing quite so wonderful as affirming that I get a good night’s sleep. As I affirm that I sleep soundly, I allow my body to receive the message. I allow my mind to calm and slow down. As I affirm that I sleep well, night after night, my body starts to respond. I sleep deeply and peace­fully. Dreamland, here I come!
