There are lots of ways to pray. Like everyone, I have my own way of talking to the Source of Creation. Sometimes I have a lot to say. Other times, especially when I’m really hurting, I may only be able to say Help. Whatever I say, I know that Spirit is always listening. Spirit loves me unconditionally, whether I’m happy or sad, talkative or not. That’s the best part, knowing that however I am, I am loved.
