When my mind, body, or emotions get in a tizzy, I know it’s time to take a break. When there are certain people who tend to tip me into a tizzy, I know that it’s okay to distance myself from them. My vibration – my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual state – is a precious resource. When my vibration is open and thriving, so am I. When my vibration is high, I have more to give.
