Today I am willing to employ all the means necessary to talk back to the liar in my head. The liar that says I’m not good enough. Liar, liar, pants on fire! is a great place to start. I can also meditate on the Truth of me. I can ask a friend to remind me of my magnificence. I can take a walk in nature and recognize that the beauty around me is also within me. And I can, as always, ask Spirit to show me the way.
