My thoughts are not always my friends. When the ideas in my head make me feel crappy, it’s time to question them. Am I telling myself I’m not enough? That I’m not worthy? That there’s something wrong with me? If so, I’m telling myself a bunch of lies! That’s when spiritual practice comes in really handy. I can meditate. I can spend time in nature. I can listen to beautiful music. Spirit always tells the truth.
