Time is a funny thing. Sometimes an hour takes forever. Other times it’s gone in a flash. Whenever I’m feeling crunched for time, I remember its flexible nature. Knowing this, I can call upon time’s flexibility to work in my favor. As I slow down and take a breath, I feel time expand around me. I feel a sense of spaciousness growing and increasing. Time works in my favor. Every time!
