When my mind, body, or emotions get in a tizzy, I know it’s time to take a break. There are many ways to cool down, and I can find what works best for me. Perhaps I need to take a walk. Perhaps I need to call a friend. Perhaps I need to sit in silence. Taking a break from my tizzy allows Spirit to inch back into the equation. Once my awareness of Spirit returns, I can rest, knowing that I am much more than my tizzy.
