How do I want to nurture my body today? Do I want to move – by walking, or dancing, or some other form of exercise? Do I want to rest? Where does my body want to go today? Do I want to spend the day outside, inside, or some combination of the two? What foods can I put in my body that will make me feel good? Whom do I want to spend time with? There are so many ways to take care of my body!
