Fear expresses itself as many emotions – anger, envy, worry. When I recognize fear today, I turn my attention back to Love. I ask myself, What would Love do? I am Love. So I allow the answer to come from the depth of my being. I allow Love to guide my words and actions. This includes the practice of loving me. When I’ve discover I’ve been off the Love track, I get back on. I let Love win, always!
