When I was little, I thought the adults around me knew everything. Then I realized that wasn’t true! Now I know that everyone is living from their own unique set of beliefs about the world. If the things I was taught as a child support me, fine. I can keep them. But if they no longer serve me? I can let them go. In this release, I am free to become the person Spirit made me to be.
