Sometimes the first response that pops into my mind isn’t the best one. That’s why it’s so important to cultivate an attitude of consciousness and kindness when it comes to the words that emerge from my mouth. Language is powerful, especially when shared with others. Today I choose to share words of love and empowerment. What can I say that will inspire those I speak to? Those are words worthy of sharing.
